Description
Dendritic Filopodia Motility Analyser is a user-friendly, efficient InageJ/Fiji plugin, which allows the semi-automated quantitative evaluation of dendritic filopodia or spine motility. Our method is based on the pixel intensity dependent calculation of weighted center of mass of dendritic protrusions.
